Actions. MPH is a sales and business development consultancy, specializing in the consumer utility software niche. MPH has played a big role behind the
scenes over the past 8 years in developing PC optimizer, anti spyware, and
PC registry cleaning markets. In each product lifecycle, MPH has engaged in
"market making" activities, which included testing many consumer utility
software offers on www.mcafee.com, organizing the first anti spyware
coalition, and marketing multiple consumer-oriented software applications
across numerous channels to determine market viability and effective
messaging. During this time MPH has developed a network of creative and
talented independent software developers and vendors.
Ultimately, MPH helps this network of developers, site operators,
marketers cycle through products and business ideas, generating immediate
revenue while looking for the next big opportunities.
People.
Matthew Henne founded MPH Consulting in 2003. Before joining McAfee.com in
2000, he had years of experience with leading edge startups in the Silicon
Valley. Matthew's core competency comes from his ability to identify
creative solutions to overcome business obstacles, build solid growth
through strong relationships, and his commitment to see projects through to
completion.
Mr. Henne is also the Managing Partner of PCMK LLC, a joint venture with
WUGNET Publications Inc. Formed in 2007, PCMK provides marketing, project
management, and business development services with a unique analytical
approach. PCMK's goal is to develop new marketing strategies and programs
for its software products and clients. PCMK's first project was the
development of a suite of software tools that allows users to create a dual
boot Windows solution, enabling one PC to run both Windows Vista and Windows
XP, with applications and settings available to users under either operating
system.
Mission.
Put people first. MPH Consulting believes that the best business is done
among people who see their associates, clients, suppliers, etc, as true
partners in their successes.
